Zainab studied Marketing Analytics at Northeastern University, where she earned a BS in Business Administration. Through her academic studies at the intersection of marketing and data science as well as her work experiences in program management, product management, and marketing operations, she cultivated an interest in building technology products and creating more seamless customer experiences through user-centric design.
