Moriah Gaynor

Moriah holds a Masters in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

For the past five years, Moriah has been instrumental in driving innovation at the City of San Diego, where she has held both operational and legislative roles. Most recently, she worked in the City’s Performance and Analytics department, maintaining and optimizing the Get It Done program, which enhances citizen engagement and service delivery. She also helped pioneer the City’s first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Strategy (CXS), ensuring city services consistently exceed expectations.

Moriah is passionate about digital transformation in government and brings a proven track record in digital strategy and project management.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Moriah’s hobby is collecting hobbies. Her current interests include playing tennis, solving crosswords, brewing beer, exploring new board games, participating in D&D campaigns, trying to learn surfing, and enjoying quality time with her dog, Opie.

What Inspired You To Join The U.S. Digital Corps?

"Joining the U.S. Digital Corps stemmed from my passion to incite meaningful change through technology. As a USDC Fellow, I will have the opportunity to leverage my product management skills while collaborating with fellow innovators and working on impactful projects."

Fun Fact:

Moriah competed on season 46 of Survivor (yes that show is still on!).
