Michael is a creative designer and writer who graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters in Professional and Technical Writing. He is passionate about using the power of words and design to create intuitive, accessible experiences and uplifting communities to make them feel more empowered and safe. He also has experience creating wayfinding systems’ and loves to create designs that help people accomplish what they need to do.

In his free time, Michael loves to play the harp and piano, read slice-of-life novels, and pursue new creative endeavors. He also loves to learn new languages and has studied Korean and Chinese.
