Claira Kauffmann

Claira holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where her capstone project utilized machine learning to address pressing air quality issues in the Salt Lake Valley by filling in data gaps in low-income areas.

Before joining the Digital Corps, Claira had a career in children’s animation as a creative director. She developed international television shows that combined entertainment with social messages and community values as part of her dedication to making a meaningful impact through her work.

Claira is eager to use her diverse background to help develop solutions that enhance public well-being. She looks forward to bringing her technical knowledge and creative perspective to the Digital Corps, hoping to contribute to addressing societal challenges and fostering positive change.
