CJ Juntunen

CJ is a passionate technologist who is excited about cybersecurity. Their previous work spans multiple fields including wholesale, healthcare, and higher education where they have always leveraged technology to improve lives. CJ holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA’s Pentest+, Network+, Project+, Security+, CySA+, and ISC2’s SSCP. They graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a B.A. in English and later graduated from Western Governors University with a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. CJ is passionate about improving cybersecurity and equity for all. When they’re not behind a computer, CJ can be found under a pile of four cats and a dog in Flint, Michigan.

What Inspired You To Join The U.S. Digital Corps?

"I am extremely passionate about cybersecurity and was looking for ways I could help as many people as possible with the knowledge and skills that I have. I think serving in the federal government, with the support system in place through the USDC, is one of the best ways I can achieve that dream."
