Brianna Carnagie
Brianna is an epidemiologist by trade who specializes in health data science and analytics. With a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University and a background in Health Science from Stony Brook University, she continuously aims to leverage her knowledge in applied biostatistics and data science to address health issues. Brianna’s professional journey began as a contact tracer in New York City during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she gained firsthand experience with healthcare disparities, fueling her commitment to using evidence-based solutions to improve health outcomes.
During her time at Columbia, Brianna worked across global health initiatives as a data assistant, leveraging her quantitative skills to support the development of dashboards that monitor HIV epidemic control in high-burden countries. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen cooking or baking new recipes, reading a psychological thriller, spending time with her dog, or at the gym.
